Semi-Private Personal Training
SSP’s personal training membership gives you a choice of 1-3 intensive instructional coaching sessions per week in a semi-private setting. All clients receive an individualized program based on an initial consultation appointment. Your health history, movement imbalances, and goals are evaluated to help us create a customized program that will guide you to fitness success.
All Personal training memberships also include unlimited access to Small Group Training and Conditioning classes.
- 1 personal training session/wk- $245/month x 3 months or $199/month x 12 months
- 2 personal training sessions/wk- $389/month x 3 months or $329/month x 12 months
- 3 personal training sessions/wk- $525/month x 3 months or $459/month x 12 months
Small Group Training
Small group Training (SGT) gives you all the benefits of working with a coach at a great value. SGT has a maximum of 6 people per session and includes a progressively structured program designed to burn calories and build lean body mass.
- Unlimited Access- $209/month x 3 months or $169/month x 12 months
SSP’s metabolic conditioning classes are our alternative to the traditional “cardio” workout. The classes are interval-based, which has research has shown to be the most effective for fat loss and conditioning. TRX’s, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls and more are incorporated. You will burn calories, get your metabolism revving and have a blast doing it. check it out
